THEME: STORMS OF LIFE [2].
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Psalm 24: 3 - 5.
In continuation of where we stopped yesterday, below are a few other things God could be doing in life when we face storms of life:
3. DEEPER FAITH. When we face storms, what we really believe will surface. For example, Joseph revealed strong belief when he acknowledged that God intended his hardships for his good (Genesis 50: 20). We should think of storms as opportunities to grow and deepen our faith.
4. TRANSFORMATION. As God's children, we are to live our lives in a way that displays Christ's character. But gold only shines when it has passed through fire. God can use the storms of life to transform us into His Son's image.
5. COMFORT. This blessing is not only for us but also for others. Our Father comforts us in our storms and asks that we share what we have received with other people (2 Corinthians 1: 3 - 4).
ACTION POINTS
Regardless of the source, our Father works in the storms we face to benefit us and to bless others.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, take my faith deeper in the name of Jesus.
2. Lord, I want to be transformed more into the image of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, help me to share the comfort You've given me with others in the name of Jesus.
