THEME: NO FAULT WAS FOUND IN HIM.

So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. Daniel 6: 4.

The other political leaders in the Persian Empire were jealous of Daniel because of his favour with the king.

So they set out to spy on him and find some fault of which they could accuse him. But after scrutiny the result of their investigation the result of their investigation was that they could find no charge or fault against. This was a result of his habit. Although he knew that it could mean a death sentence to him to keep doing what he had always done he prayed and give thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.

And he did it in the open. Good habit formed early becomes the basis for strength and stability later on in life. Daniel like all men sinned certainly, but the Bible records no sin against him and his enemies could not even find any. Also it can be said of our Lord Jesus Christ whom Pilate said I find no fault in Him. He was tested in all ways but found without sin.

He expects us to live a Holy Life from sin, but with His help as we are trusting and relying on Him. Let there be no fault found in us.
