THEME: ABRAHAM REFUSED THE WORLDLY RICHES.
That I will not take from a thread even to a shoe latchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich. Genesis 14: 23.
Abraham had made a vow before God not to take a thing from the King of Sodom. Perhaps he learned that those riches that he had received with the spoils from Egypt really did not bring much happiness.
Now he was turning down this opportunity of increasing his wealth and his riches because he didn't want any man taking credit or glory for what God had done and was going to do for him. This is a very great and important lesson for us. There has been people consulting with other powers for wealth, healing children and fame who said ?after all the glory will go to God, No! God does not need any cheap glory.
God wants to work in our lives but he wants to work in such a way that only he can receive the glory for what he has done. That is why God may sometimes let things get so bleak, so dark, look so impossible before He works to rescue the situation. There is no way out and God suddenly makes the way and you say, Wow it has to be God. There is just no way it could have been done and God gets the glory over the lives of His own.
ACTION POINTS
Reject all that may let the world or Satan receive any glory over you.

1. Father, I refuse that men will glory over my life in the name of Jesus.
2. Lord, take all the glory over the issues of my life in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, conclude all the abandoned project in life and take the glory in the name of Jesus.
4. Lord, make a way out for me for healing and delieverance in the name of Jesus.
