THEME: YOU ARE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR
THE Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Psalm 34: 18.
No matter how hurt, sad, or alone you feel, God will never, and has never, let you. God is near to you if you're broken. God is real and near to you, when you're suffering. He notices your shifts of mood. He?s a warm presence, there to be learnt on.
But much more, God saves you if you're crushed. What does this mean? It means that God turns around the very things that are crushing you and makes them work for you. In Romans, Paul says, Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it Is written, ?For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. (Romans 8: 35 - 37).
If you're a conqueror then you fight your enemies and beat them. If you're more than a conqueror, you fight your enemies and then make them work for you. Through God, we can turn to the things that would destroy us and say, You won't destroy me; you will make me stronger.
ACTION POINT:
Keep confessing to yourself that ?I am more than conqueror?.
SCRIPTURE:
Romans 8: 31 ? 39.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Father, make me more than conqueror in my business in the name of Jesus.
2. Lord, make me more than conqueror in my marriage in the name of Jesus.
3. God, make me more than conqueror in my endeavours in the name of Jesus.
